The majority of sheet metal used in our production processes is purchased in rolls and cut for further treatment on a modern NC controlled sheet metal cutting line manufactured by the company BOLLINA. Within free capacities, we can offer you a service of cutting your sheet metal to desired width or specified formats.
Basic technical characteristic of the sheet metal cutting line:
- rolls weighing up to 15 tons can be placed on the unwinding/ winding drum
- drums can accommodate rolls with internal diameter of 450 to 500 mm
- the line facilitates simultaneous cutting of 5 strips of total length up to 1500 mm
- a roll can be cut up to the format of at least 300 mm length
- we cut stainless steel sheet metal of thickness up to 1.5 mm
