Laser Sheet Metal Cutting

It is performed on an AMADA 2D CNC laser machine. Laser cutting is mostly reasonable in smaller product series where an investment in more expensive tools for cutting various demanding shapes is not economically justifiable. The machine enables cutting of various types of stainless steel sheet metals of thickness up to 2 mm and other types of sheet metals up to thickness of 6 mm.

Basic technical characteristics of the machine:

  • size of work area 1250 x 1250 x 100 (mm)



Sheet Metal Cutting

It is performed on 4 high-productive CNC and NC controlled punch machines manufactured by companies AMADA, VIPROS and RAS. The use of punch machines for punching or cutting out is mostly reasonable in manufacture of products or components in smaller series which would not be able to bear such an investment, due to a high financial input in complex cutting tools.

Basic technical characteristics of the machines are the following:
  • Punch force 200 kN
  • Work area with reposition from 2540 x 1270 (mm) to 5000 x 1270 (mm)
  • No. of hammer blows from 220/min to 780/min
  • Tools installed in the revolving mechanism
  • • Optional automatic feeding of sheet metal and removal of finished products
