Assembly of built-in gas hobs is performed on a modern assembly line equipped with a step conveyor system. Within the framework of quality assurance, each appliance is, in the assembly procedure, subject to legally prescribed procedures to test the functional and safety characteristics, which are particularly strict for the gas appliances segment. The traceability of measured characteristics of each manufactured appliance is ensured by archiving the measurements, providing an adequate level of control of the assembly procedures in the event of resolving any complaints. Individual sub-assemblies of small household appliances or entire household appliances is performed on semi-automatic high capacity workcells. If the appliances contain electrical components, the workcells are equipped with a device for measuring electrical characteristics and functionality of every manufactured appliance.
