Processing of stainless steel, black, zinc coated and pre-varnished sheet metal represents the main part of the production process. In manufacture of sheet metal products, we perform sheet metal cutting, bending, punching, deep drawing, grinding, buffing, trimming, degreasing and welding processes. The products are constructed and designed with the support of the PRO/ENGINEER and CATIA software. The machinery consists of 9 hydraulic and eccentric presses with maximum pressing force ranging from 1,250 to 6,300 kN, 3 robotic cells for sheet metal grinding and buffing, tunnel furnaces for thermal processing in the nitrogen protective atmosphere, 3 CNC punch machines, a CNC sheet metal bending and shaping machines, bending machine, washing line and high capability Bihler GRM80 punch machine. As additional services we also offer assembly of components, dust varnishing, washing, production of sheet metal shaping tools. Stainless steel sheet metals represent the largest share in our total offer. Based on twenty years of experience, we have developed the production of simple and complex sheet metal components almost to perfection; our products are distinguished by an optimal quality/price ratio, innovative forms, clean lines, functionality and procedures compliant with the actual quality, environmental and other regulatory standards.

PLASTIC

Considering the basic development strategy dictating an integrated and complex offer, we also developed a plastic programme, with an emphasis on plastic processing and plastic injection. The machinery consists of 11 plastic injection machines for products with weight of up to 3,600 g and closing forces from 40 to 800 tons. All machines with more than 300 tons of closing forces are equipped with a SEPRO automatic manipulator. Most frequent input materials: ABS, ABS-PC, PEHD, PS, PP, PC, PBT, HDTP, PA, PEEK. As additional services we also offer services of assembly and varnishing of plastic products.

TUBES AND WIRES

Our production programme is rounded off with the tubes and wire programme which also includes manufacture of household appliance components made of tubes and wires. The production programme consists of wire and tube cutting, shaping and welding processes. The wire is reshaped on several smaller eccentric presses with maximum pressing force of 200 to 1,600 kN and on customer adapted tools providing high quality shaping of wire into desired form. The machinery consists of an automatic welding robot and a larger number of smaller electro-resistance welding machines. Tubes are cut and shaped on an entirely automated production line. As additional services we also offer dust varnishing and laminating.
